Privacy notice

This notice explains how Weir Refrigeration Services LTD ("we", "us") uses personal information, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We don't sell your information or use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Website hosting and form handling: Netlify, Inc.
• Email: Google Workspace (Google)

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months. Customer and job records: up to 6 years, and F-Gas records for at least 5 years. Unsuccessful job applications: up to 6 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for it to be transferred. Email ciaran@wrs-ni.com. We'll respond within one month.
